These measurements are sent wirelessly to your RTU/PLC at the wellpad and save you on the costs of trenching & wiring on site.

Our products also enable Long range communications and network connectivity for your Measurement skid back to your Control system or SCADA host. This includes the ability to connect multiple Well pads to concentrate data. This can be done through cellular communications or private long range radio infrastructure both via licensed or unlicensed technologies.  All instruments are battery powered 
and have Class 1, Div 1 approval for Wellpad.

Liquid Level Transmitter- Magnetostrictive is a self-contained, batter-powered liquid measurement solution made especially for the remote, rugged environments without access to a power line.This wireless tank level gauge provides a 3-in-1 continuous liquid level monitoring solution of product level, interface level and temperature level. This liquid level sensor utilizes field-proven magnetostrictive level sensor technology with high resolution of 0.01-inch and is ideal for tank level and liquid level monitoring. The wireless liquid level sensor can be ordered in various lengths with a Rigid 316 stainless steel, Flexible, or Ultra-Flex sensor with standard or large size floats.

High Level Alarm -Top Mount
Wireless High Level Switch Transmitter – Top Mount is a self-contained batter-powered spill/overflow prevention solution made especially for the remote, rugged environments without access to a power. The Top Mount High Level Switch is ideal for point level sensing of refined fuels, crude oil products, chemicals, acids, caustics, lubricants, detergents etc. This wireless instrument is equipped with two actuation points so that it can be used just for high level (1 float) or high and high-high levels (2 floats). The transmitter and switch are sold separately so that the switch can be ordered to custom length and configuration.

Wireless Gateway or Wireless Base Radio is the central data collection point especially designed for monitoring critical process conditions designed especially for the remote field applications. The Base Unit is responsible for receiving/collecting data from wireless end nodes such as Wireless Transmitters, Wireless I/O Modules, and other Wireless Gateways. The collected data can be communicated with third-party Modbus device such as a RTU, PLC, EFM, HMI, or DCS via RS232 or RS485 Serial port.
