Terms of Services

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

RETURNS POLICY

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, or it does not function according to the manufacturer’s specification, you may receive a replacement or refund excluding shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Resell products are subject to their manufacturer's warranties and policies.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a product that had “FREE Shipping” is returned, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Certain items are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders. Customized, modified or special order items cannot be returned.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Before returning an item, please complete a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Request. You will receive a required RMA number. Make sure the RMA number is clearly written on the return packing label and/or on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. All foam, documentation, accessories and hardware originally shipped must be returned. Any missing items or damage could result in a partial forfeiture of your refund.

 

Antaira Technologies’ Credit/Refund Policy

Antaira Technologies will credit authorized returns made within 45 days of the invoice date. Any requests for return made after 45 days may be approved by the discretion of Antaira Technologies' RMA department and may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in re-sellable condition and in its original packaging. Incomplete returns for credit may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

5-Year Warranty All Antaira Technologies' products are backed by a 5-year warranty (from the date of the original invoice or sales receipt) on parts and labor. Resell products, e.g., accessories, are subject to their manufacturer's warranties. All charges shall be billed for any repairs requested outside of the warranty period.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order $250 or more of eligible products and pay $0 for shipping! Any item with a ‘FREE SHIPPING’ message on the product page qualifies.

We ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. Nearly all items are in stock and can ship same day if the order is placed before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Tim. Otherwise, a stocked item will ship the next day.

All items eligible for ‘FREE SHIPPING’ will ship Ground service or by most economical means. Currently, we only ship to destinations in the United States. We’ll e-mail an order confirmation immediately after the order is placed. You may also use your own freight account. Be sure to give us your shipping account number and tell us which shipping method to use. Our shipping options:

RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA) REQUEST

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all product returns and repairs. Please follow the instructions below. We will issue your RMA number soon after we review your information. 

RMA Return Instructions

  1. Fill in the Product Return Form with all necessary information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. 
  2. An RMA Number will be issued within two business days upon receipt of the completed form. Once assigned, the RMA number is valid for only 15 days.
  3. Please mark the RMA Number on every package to be returned. Unauthorized and unmarked packages may be returned upon the discretion of our RMA department at the shipper's expense.
  4. Ship your authorized return via prepaid with a copy of this RMA form enclosed.
  5. All claims for incomplete, defective, and/or missing accessories/products must be made within 10 days of order receipt.
  6. Returns beyond 30 days (45 days for Antaira products) are subject to a restocking fee. Please review our Returns Policy
